Taxation
Most small international parcels are delivered without additional customs fees, but this depends on your local regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes imposed by their country’s customs office.
Please note:
We follow all international shipping and customs rules and cannot guarantee whether a parcel will be taxed. Many countries allow low-value items or small packages to pass duty-free, but policies vary.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs duties, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on shipping or handling costs.
By placing an order, you authorize DollyLab to import your product on your behalf and agree to DollyLab delegating the import of your products to a third party. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon the arrival of your order based on the product value.
Handling time
After placing your order, please allow us 3-4 business days to process and dispatch your items. This is our standard handling time, and we always strive to send out your products as quickly as possible.

Customs Fee Notice
Many countries assess customs fees on packages sent from the US. All customs duty fees are charged upfront when you check out. This means no hidden fees, for you or for any gift recipients if you are shipping presents to loved ones far and wide. We are not able to cover customs duty fees for our customers.e post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please reach out to your local post office and the shipping carrier prior to contacting us. We do not have any further shipping information than the tracking provided. However, we are confident that your package will arrive safely in due time! If the package is deemed lost by the postal service, please do let us know.

Please be aware that the above handling times are estimates. Given the handmade nature of all our products, production timelines may be extended due to the complexity of the craftsmanship or the availability of materials. Shipping schedules may also be subject to changes caused by external factors beyond the control of DollyLab and our logistics partners. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical disruptions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.
